Extrusion
 uPVC extrusions have become increasingly common for residential and commercial window and door applications, amongst others. As with all rigid plastics however, they can become easily damaged by scratches and fabrication if extra care is not taken. For this reason, Protection Films Limted offers a solution to this market by supplying both wide width and customer specific rolls of Protection Film to be applied to the surface straight from the extruder. This keeps the profile from damage during transportation / fitting and simply removes to leave a perfect surface finish.
If required, we can offer our customers the option of printed protection films (subject to a minimum order quantity of only 50,000 m/2), which can incorporate logos and/or installation and removal procedures.
