Rubber based adhesive
Natural rubber adhesives are ideal in applications where a good initial tack is required, due to the natural properties of rubber. Often seen as a general purpose product, rubber adhesives are often less application specific when compared to their acrylic counterparts.
Protection Films Ltd offer three levels of adhesion, low (80cN/cm), ideal for wide width metal, medium (110cN/cm) ideal for wide width and coil and high (130cN/cm) ideal for applications where an increased tack and adhesion is required (painted metal, powder coated metal, low gloss uPvc). This product is also often supplied in narrow width rolls for application on painted, powder coated or anodized aluminium extrusions.
In addition, we also have a specialist 100 micron laser film, which has been designed specifically for applications which require laser cutting during the manufacturing process
